September Favourites

Some of you might be new to my blog and wonder why did I post my monthly favourites pretty late yea? I chose to post my favourites in the middle/late of each month because I started my previous favourite posts around the same time so it only made sense to continue the flow as such ;)

These are the products I have been reaching and loved for the month of September :)

REN Rosa Centifolia Hot Cloth Cleanser - Let me be honest with y'all. I never believe in buying expensive cleanser after my past experiences with drugstore/high-end cleanser. They are shit! All the cleansers I have tried in the past seems not to work on me AT ALL! (I had bad skin reaction from using it sob sob!). So, I stick to Cetaphil. I know that most people say it's not good but it doesn't strip my face :)

Due to that, I never bother trying anything new (my skin reacts well with Cetaphil) UNTIL I received this as a gratis from my company for helping the store not long ago *high5*. I have not tried using this cleanser with the cloth that comes with it but instead I used this in conjunction with my clarisonic Mia 2. I AM MADLY IN LOVE WITH THIS CLEANSER! This cleanser is a hybrid of a cream & balm (in my opinion) & it has a decent scent that I adore!

Immortelle Oil Make-Up Remover - I have never tried any oil based Make-up Remover since I started wearing makeup 4 years ago. So, I decided to try one from L'OCCITANE. This is the only makeup remover I used since I bought it 3 months ago (it's half way gone now, yey!). I can't compare with other brands but I have been enjoying it. Hence, the mentioned :)

bareMinerals Concealer - This concealer covers any light imperfection as well as my undereye dark circle. If you're looking for an alternative to Bobbi Brown concealer, you can try this. I have to correct my undereye circle with MakeUp Forever Correcting Concealer palette in Orange (only when I have heaps of time) before applying this concealer. It covers better in my opinion :) If you have little to mild dark undereye, you can get away just with this concealer :)

Make Up Forever Pro Bronze Fusion - I bought this in June when I went back to Adelaide to finalise our house. For Australian, you can get MUFE Products from my makeup school at Media Makeup & Sephora Australia. Apparently, my school is the main stockist in Australia.  I decided to get this bronzer because of the Youtube hype! I have been using this bronzer as my contour instead of a bronzer - (Don't judge LOL! Most people does it anyway heee)

DKNY BE DELICIOUS Fresh Blossom EDP - This perfume is one in many that I have in my perfume collection. Ideally, this scent is good to be worn during spring/summer but I use my perfume according to my mood LOL.

Kevyn Aucoin The Volume Mascara - Who would have thought that a tiny, slim mascara wand can do wonders? I was hesitant to try this mascara but one of my colleuge highly recommends it as she claimed that's the only mascara that works for her. I have decided to boot the bullet and try it with NO REGRETS! I know the price is a ted bit hefty but hey, I would rather pay for the price than trying and buying multiple mascaras in hoping for it to work; which FAIL MISERABLY... blearghhh!

Real Technique Expert Face Brush - This is the kind of brush that I would have to put up on my monthly favourites LOL.  It's a much-raved tool in the blogging/youtube world but surprisingly it's not hype like some other products. Try it for yourself & you would probably agree with me hehe

Nars Lipstick in HeatWave - Let me tell yaaa something (whispering on your ears), I thought I have a lot of lipstick but I realised now that I own alot of dark colours #faint. At work, we do theme makeup look on a weekly basis which runs from Thursday-Sunday. One of the week we were asked to wear bright colours to represent our pop up store & I stumbled upon HeatWave. I wore it that day & I received few compliments (grinning) from customers & a colleague. I thought the colour is too bright but guess what?? Typical human being yea... when you get complimented or asked 'what's on your lip'...  my mind run wild thinking that the lipstick must really look good on me LOL (allow me to fantasize yea?) so I ended up buying the lipstick *kechiingg kechiiing* - That's the sound of my money gone the drain

Lastly here's my September Playlist xx
