Sweet Potatoes Vs. White Potatoes

I did a research few days ago after watching a fellow US Youtuber where she mentioned about how she loves sweet potatoes. It got me thinking if there's indeed any difference between White Potatoes & Sweet Potatoes. Its obvious sweet potatoes is sweeter than normal potatoes but you might be surprised that Sweet potatoes has more nutrients & benefits than normal white potatoes although its sweeter!

Apparently both potatoes contain vitamins such as ( A, C & B6 ) & minerals such as ( Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium & Manganese for Sweet Potatoes) & (Potassium, Magnesium & Iron for White Potatoes)

Benefits of these potatoes

Vitamins
Vitamin A is good for our eyes.
Vitamin C is good for our Immune System  (Thats is indeed a no brainer!)
Vitamin B6 is good for our metabolism & nervous system

Minerals
Potassium & Magnesium: Good for blood pressure
Iron: Good for blood cells
Calcium & magnesium: Good for health bones
Manganese: Good for wound healing & metabolism.

In Conclusion, after heaps of research, May I present....

Sweet potato has more nutrients & benefit for us!
+ Researcher just found that sweet potatoes has antioxidants in it such as Vitamins A, C & manganese protect cells against cancer & toxins.

+  Sweet Potatos has more fibre, protein, vitamins & minerals.

+ Fibre can be found in the skin

+  Owh! Both have ZERO fats provided if you fry them. hmm like Chips/Fries
